Shipping and Delivery

You must provide complete and accurate delivery address. Chi Pang Limited is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or incorrect address information.
Returns and Refunds
Chi Pang Limited offers a strict 14 days no-reason refund policy. You may request a refund for any reason or no reason within 14 days after delivery. The request must be submitted within 14 days. To qualify, items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging. You must provide proof of purchase and order number. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is damaged or defective. Chi Pang Limited may reject returns that do not meet these conditions.
Refund Processing
After Chi Pang Limited receives and inspects the returned item, refund processing and arrival to the customer's account takes at least 14 days. This period applies to all approved refunds, regardless of payment method. The refund is issued to the original payment method. You are responsible for providing accurate payment details. Delays caused by banks, card issuers, or payment networks are outside Chi Pang Limited control.
PayPal Refunds
PayPal refunds take at least 14 days. Due to local laws, PayPal refunds in some regions may take up to 30 days. You must ensure your PayPal account is active and able to receive funds. Chi Pang Limited is not responsible for PayPal account limitations, holds, or regional processing delays.
Damaged or Defective Goods
Any claims for damaged or defective items must be submitted within exactly 7 days of receipt. You must contact Chi Pang Limited at [email protected] within exactly 7 days of receipt. Include order number, photos of damage, and description. Claims submitted after exactly 7 days of receipt may be denied. Chi Pang Limited may require return of damaged item before refund or replacement. Approved damaged item claims are refunded or replaced at Chi Pang Limited discretion. Return shipping for approved damaged items is covered by Chi Pang Limited.
Intellectual Property
All text, images, logos, and design on the website are owned by Chi Pang Limited or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without written permission. Unauthorized use may result in legal action.
